Hello, my name is Temara Purifoy! I am currently offering both in-person and remote sessions to best suit whatever fits into your current lifestyle. I work to provide each client with their own person-centered plan while utilizing a strength-based approach.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a case manager for four years, working with mental health and substance use clients. Through those experiences, I have enjoyed working with both teens and adults in overcoming challenges they have faced in their lives. I have worked with both individuals, couples, and children, with ages ranging from 5-65 years old.

As we navigate through life, we have highs and lows in which we all handle differently than the next. Some lows seem harder than others and seem like they will go on forever. Please remember—you are stronger than you think. I thank you for being brave and reaching out for help. I would be honored to help you recognize the strengths you have inside yourself and help you work through challenges that you are currently facing.
