One of the most important tools for successful therapy is the relationship between clinician and client. I believe in creating a judgment free atmosphere through empathetic listening skills and positive regard for the client. I have been fortunate in being able to work with individuals in many different age groups from childhood/adolescence through retirement. I utilize an eclectic combination of Person Centered, Strengths Based, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Reflective Listening, Emotional Processing, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to address a wide range of issues. I specialize in working with individuals regarding anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, gender dysphoria, LGBTQIA+, trauma, grief, self-esteem, self-harm, and substance use/addiction. I enjoy helping individuals improve skills in anger management, healthy boundaries, interpersonal communication, and relationships utilizing both individual and couple’s therapy. “There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” — John Green
