My greatest passion comes from understanding the impact that trauma has on the lives of survivors. I enjoy helping clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and teach them how to strengthen their relationships, learn how to heal, and create wonderful, meaningful lives filled with purpose. I have been trained in a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy-informed care, and trauma-informed treatment. I understand that there is not a single approach that works for everyone, and it is essential to find the right therapist on your journey to healing.
