Hi! Before I tell you more about myself, let me just say that I love what I do. I love being a therapist. I love helping others towards their own recovery. This is something I’ve always wanted to do, and I am blessed to be able to help.

I work with adolescents, teens and adults helping them find their paths to recovery. I may not be the typical therapist. I begin every session with “what’s on your mind.” I help you find your paths. Guardians, I will be there for your children and help them understand their emotions, behaviors, and thoughts in a safe and growing atmosphere. Adults, you can tell me whatever needs to be discussed.

I’ve been trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches, motivational interviewing, trauma, recovery and empowerment and dialectical behavior therapy skills. I work with all types, but my passion is trauma. Using the trauma recovery and empowerment model, I’ve helped many clients fight through their trauma and become survivors. I look forward to working with you all.
