Hi! I’m Sara! I am a compassionate and kind individual who is committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy, respect, and authenticity.

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. I believe counseling is a collaborative process that helps individuals recognize their strengths, develop resilience, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My counseling philosophy is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery when provided with support and encouragement. I strive to approach each client with cultural sensitivity, openness, and genuine care while tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs and experiences.

I value building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. Through a person-centered and strength-based approach, I aim to help clients increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate personal, emotional, academic, or relational concerns with confidence.

I am passionate about promoting mental wellness and empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals while fostering hope and positive change.
