Hello, I’m Nicole! I know that life can be messy and confusing; I like to think of these struggles as a part of being human. Counseling creates an outlet to explore these hurdles and gain a new perspective on these experiences. When these stressful and hindering experiences happen, we think less of ourselves and change our sense of self-worth. I believe that thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behaviors are all intertwined into our lives. I take pride in encouraging my clients to be their unique and authentic selves as they navigate the waves of life. I find myself encouraging clients to make their own decisions and take ownership of things they can control in their lives when things feel “uncontrollable.” I believe that everyone can make positive and impactful changes in their lives. I am rewarded by your trust and vulnerability. I look forward to providing you with support, a listening ear, and compassion as we walk through your counseling journey together.
