Licensed Master Social Worker

Location(s):

Bay City – West

With a career spanning over 15 years, I am a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist who began practicing in 2009 within outpatient mental health settings, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Over the years, my professional journey has evolved to include five years of specialized work in the field of infectious disease, addressing the complex needs of patients navigating chronic illness, stigma, and healthcare
access.

Working closely with older adults over the past eight years, my focus is on the unique aspects of the aging process, including grief, cognitive changes, caregiver dynamics, and life transitions. I bring a compassionate, person-centered approach, grounded in both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of each client’s unique life context. I have a strong belief that every person has a right to maintain their dignity regardless of the current life transition they are experiencing. Meeting people where they are, with empathy and open-mindedness, helps them to realize and build on their unique strengths.
