Hi, my name is Kendall Hirschman! I have been working in the mental health field since 2020. My experience includes supporting youth and adults as they navigate a wide range of challenges and pursue personal growth. I believe in using person-centered planning and motivational interviewing to help people set meaningful goals and take practical steps toward achieving them. For me, it’s essential to understand the “why” behind someone’s needs and to focus on building strengths rather than only what feels difficult. I strive to bring joy and patience into my work, creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered to make positive change.
