Seeking help can be an intimidating step in your healing journey, however you do not need to do this alone. I believe it is important to work together as a team to find out how to best support you. I began my career with a desire to connect with others and help people navigate their day-to-day lives, making peace with the cards they have been dealt with. My objective is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment for us to talk about your hopes, concerns, and goals. Therapy is not “one size fits all”. I continue to broaden my skills to meet you where you are at and find the best fit for you. I have worked with clients experiencing a variety of challenges including ADHD, Depression, Peri and Postnatal challenges, Trauma, and more. I also specialize in Infant Mental Health, working with children 0-6. I am here to help you reach your goals.
