Hi, my name is Dan. I believe growth happens best in a space where people feel respected, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to offer a steady, grounded presence where clients can slow down, speak honestly, and begin moving toward the life they want to build. My work is rooted in a person-centered approach, with a focus on helping individuals manage depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and career concerns. I work collaboratively with clients to clarify goals, examine patterns that may be holding them back, and take practical, meaningful steps forward. While the work is compassionate and reflective, it is also intentional—focused on building insight, resilience, and follow-through. As someone currently completing my education and working toward licensure, I draw from what I am learning in school while remaining deeply attentive to each client’s unique values, identity, and life experiences. I place strong importance on cultural sensitivity and humility, recognizing how background, expectations, and social context shape both challenges and strengths. I believe people already have what they need to grow; sometimes they just benefit from a supportive partnership that encourages clarity, accountability, and forward momentum. My aim is to walk alongside clients as they define success on their own terms and work toward it with purpose.
