I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. Over time, I’ve found that I’m particularly effective in supporting those experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder—both in children and adults—as well as individuals experiencing the effects of trauma and older adults facing cognitive decline related to aging and dementia.

I find that using a strengths-based perspective and a person-centered approach empowers clients to be the experts of their own lives and experiences. This not only builds confidence but also makes the coping skills developed through therapy more effective and sustainable over time. I am also trained in the use of EMDR in navigating and addressing the impact of trauma.

I believe that everyone has the inner strength to navigate life’s challenges, and my role is to help you uncover and build on that strength. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply need support, know that you don’t have to face it alone. I invite you to reach out—I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
