Hello! My name is Alex. I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of individuals and families throughout my career as an Infant Mental Health Specialist. I particularly enjoy working with pregnant and postpartum moms, parents struggling with depression, anxiety, or OCD related symptoms, children and toddlers, and families affected by chronic illnesses. I believe attachment and relationships are the basis for nearly everything in our lives and strive to help those I work with build meaningful relationships and repair ruptured ones. I use a wide variety of trauma-informed modalities, but am particularly passionate about art therapy, sand tray and play therapy, attachment-based therapy, and family therapy. I am grateful for the opportunity to empower others as they find themselves and learn to advocate for their needs.
