Hello, my name is Natalie! Since working in the mental health field, I have worked with a broad range of populations, from the in-patient to out-patient environments. I am passionate about providing a safe, trusting therapeutic environment for my clients, where they can be their most authentic selves to navigate the struggles at hand. We as individuals do not always get to pick when life chooses to take inevitable turns; however, I am a big believer that how we choose to respond to these inevitable turns can determine how our mental health is impacted. Sometimes when these situations occur, we as humans just need a listening ear or an unconditional positive regard that can help guide us to navigate the struggle. My methods involve treating each person as a unique individual. I mainly utilize person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have the most experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. However, I have worked with children as well. I look forward to providing a therapeutic space for you, where I can help assist you become the healthiest authentic version of yourself.
